As a continuation of the ‘HYPERISM‘ series, Solbi has returned with her new single ‘HYPERISM Blue: Class‘ and a music video for the track ‘CLASS‘.
The track ‘CLASS‘ has its roots in the deep house genre and it boasts strong synth sounds which have been used to add detailing and to enrich the track.
However, the overall song seeks to maintain a minimalist style from the start to the end, which fits with the nature of the track. Solbi‘s monotone rap only serves to emphasise this feature, while the repeating verses in the hook make the piece quite catchy and addictive. The lyrics of the song were written by Solbi herself and speak of the seemingly meaningless pursuit of climbing the ranks of society.

Solbi plans to coninue ‘HYPERISM‘ until May of this year, when she will conclude the series with ‘HYPERISM Red: Princess Maker’.
