Monsta X Jooheon’s 1st Mixtape ‘JUNG JI’ Is Released

On April 28th, there was the release of Jooheon’s first mixtape ‘JUNG JI‘. One of the tracks, ‘No No‘, was a collaboration between Starship Entertainment’s Monsta X’s Jooheon and JustMusic Entertainment’s BlackNut. The track and the mixtape was produced by the JustMusic producer and rapper, Genius Nochang, who is also known as Vasco.

The theme of the track is seen as an idol rapper vs an underground rapper. The lyrics exchange between Jooheon and BlackNut is like a playful diss to each other. Since it is a mixtape, ‘No No’ contains a few explicit lyrics with such an intense and powerful beat that viewers can’t help but have the track on replay.

Rapper Jooheon was first seen in the MNET  Starship Entertainment’s Idol Survival Program called ‘No.Mercy‘. He was one of the seven chosen who will debut as Monsta X this year. They will be aiming to make their debut this year so be on a watch out!
