Rising star soloist Lee Michelle was kind enough to sit down with Officially KMusic and answer questions for her fans in our exclusive interview!
Lee Michelle first entered the K-Pop music scene in 2012, on the first season of SBS’ “K-Pop Star.” She made her way into the Top 5 and stole our hearts with her soulful, striking vocals. She has been working with label DIMA Entertainment, and made her official debut in March with her single, “Without You.” The music video and song present a powerful message, and have struck a chord with fans in Korea and internationally.
The idol gives us a glimpse into her thought process behind creating her single, as well as how she feels it reflects her experiences. She also shares her inspirations as a singer, her goals for her music and career, her experiences as a trainee, and even divulges some facts her fans may not know. Lee Michelle’s hope is that through her music and videos she may give others courage to pursue their own dreams.
