MIND U have released the music video for their track titled ‘If’ from their first mini album titled ‘Dear.’ The duo consists of Godak and Jaehee who were formerly known as Acourve and are still under Starship Entertainment.
The music video follows a man who finished work and takes a taxi home. He reminisces about the memorable times he had with his lover on the way home. The two shared romantic moments such as walking together, holding hands, and taking selfies.

Switching back to the current moment, the male lead wears his earphones as he remembers a time when he and his lover shared earphones. Scenes switch back and forth between the current moment and his romantic past.
The autumn toned music video fits nicely with the acoustic sound of ‘If’. The acoustic track composed of a guitar, a few piano notes, a simple bass, and snares of drums brought a simple upbeat vibe, all the while still being able to convey the feelings of lost love. The song definitely questions what would have happened ‘If‘ the couple was still together.
MIND U also released a special clip of ‘If‘ performed live.
Filmed on a balcony with a beautiful view of city lights, the duo is accompanied by the guitarist. Mimicking a similar colour tone as their music video, the performance was relaxed and tender. Check out the special clip below!
