The singer, songwriter and producer signed under Planetarium Records, GAHO, appeared on six OST albums already with songs we all know for sure. He also uploads song covers on his official YouTube channel, covering artists such as Blackpink, Olivia Rodrigo, BTS and more. In this article we are going to go back in time and reminiscence on his past OST songs that hit the charts and covers that still remains among the favorites of fans.

One of the most successful OST songs was for sure the ‘Start Over‘ track from the popular drama ‘Itaewon Class‘. This song gained Gaho the ‘Best Hallyu OST‘ award at the 4th Soribada Best K-Music Awards and ‘Best OST‘ on the 22nd Mnet Asian Music Awards last year.

The second song we like to return to is without a doubt the ‘Not Over‘ from the drama ‘The Last Empress‘. This song became one of the staple ones re-appearing throughout the whole drama and reminding us of the story line each time we listen to it. This song showed the feelings of not being sure whether the place we are at right now is the place we are supposed to stand and the mixture of uncertainty and fear connected with these feelings.

When we talk about covers Gaho did in the past we for sure have to mention the cover of ‘How you like that‘ by Blackpink which showed the song in a different light, adding those heaved bass sounds surely made a difference. Gaho covered also ‘On the ground‘ by Rosé and ‘Lovesick girls‘ where his voice totally transformed the whole track. As we also mentioned Gaho covered BTS songs such as ‘Fire‘ and ‘Life goes on‘, the latter being our favorite Kpop cover from him. If you want to experience Gaho covering non-Korean artists check out ‘good 4 u‘ originally by Olivia Rodrigo.

What are your favorite OST or cover songs by Gaho? And what is your favorite song of his in general? Follow this talented singer on his YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok. Stay close to Planetarium Records as well to truly not miss any new about this artist.
