Super Junior‘s D&E are back with quite a sad story to tell in their new music video for, “Growing Pains.”
The music video is indeed a broken hearted story about these men, Donghae and Eunhyuk, who have had the women they loved leave them.
From my perspective, the music video tells a story that the two have to deal with their lost love somehow and both use different tactics to over come the growing pains. One turns to selling his possessions and then later shows up with a Lamborghini, while the other wanders in memory of the love once there. Donghae and Eunhyuk look as though they’ve really felt this in their lives and that adds even more effect to the heartbreaking music video.
This story is quite relatable to many. After a hard break up, you don’t know how to hold yourself together and those memories stick like glue. The “Growing Pains” continue to haunt you until time heals the heart.
Overall, this music video was very good and the song had a nice melody to engross yourself in. What did you think? Can you relate to their growing pains?
