About MONSTA X

Debuting under Starship Entertainment in 2015 through a reality survival show ‘No.Mercy‘, the seven boys became known as MONSTA X. The members consist of leader Shownu, Wonho, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney (previously known as Jooheon) and I.M.

Debuting with ‘Tresspass‘, the album peaked at number five on the Korean charts. The group has since released an array of successful albums with their ‘The Clan Pt. 2.5‘ reaching number one on Billboard’s World Albums chart.

Continuing their success in 2017, the group’s 2018 album ‘Take.1 Are You There?‘ landed on multiple Billboard Charts. MONSTA X also became the first K-pop group to perform at iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball event, performing six concerts across the United States.

Following ‘Shoot Out‘ the group released ‘Take.2 We Are Here‘ earlier this year. The album debuted at number one on the iTune album chart worldwide. Their title track ‘Alligator‘ garnered 10 million views in less than three days. The album also features ‘Play It Cool‘ a collaboration with Steve Aoki.

Over the past years, the group has consistently released various albums, singles, collaborations, mixtapes and more. Some of their hit songs include ‘Beautiful‘, ‘Shine Forever‘, ‘Jealousy‘, ‘Shoot Out‘, ‘Alligator‘ and ‘Play It Cool‘ with Steve Aoki.

MONSTA X have been acknowledged by The Guardian (UK) and the Metro (UK) for their amazing performances.

“’Breathtaking’ doesn’t do justice to the experience of seeing the K-pop princes in the flesh.” – The Guardian (UK)

“MONSTA X is its own glorious beast” – Metro (UK)

MONSTA X in Australia is presented by Frontier Touring and their world tour has been arranged by CJ Entertainment, AEG Presents and Powerhouse.
