On March 6th, Ailee made a surprise visit to the University of Seoul!
The video starts off with the lecture beginning as normal, until the professor introduces a guest speaker to the room. Ailee walks in covered up in a “disguise” and introduces herself as Lee Yejin (her Korean name).
The students are first a bit confused, but don’t really begin to get suspicious until the lecture starts. The topic is on “the influence of longing between couples.” The bizarre topic even has Ailee trying not to laugh. It isn’t until after she asks a student, “Who’s your favorite star?” do the students being to know what’s up. Ailee then asks, “What do you think about Ailee? If I am Ailee, would you cheer for me?” Ailee then reveals herself and the students in the lecture hall go wild!
Ailee then broke out into song singing her most recent release, ‘Reminiscing.’ As a bonus, she performed her hit OST, ‘I Will Go To You Like The First Snow,’ from the drama, ‘Goblin.’ The hilarious, yet sweet surprise seemed to definitely make the students’ day.
