‘Thanks’ brings SEVENTEEN’s 2017 Project to a close

SEVENTEEN have played to all of their strengths in their latest release ‘Thanks‘! The title track from the thirteen member group’s special album ‘Director’s Cut‘ belongs to the future bass genre and sees SEVENTEEN return to a mature, touching title track, similar to their 2017 release ‘Don’t Wanna Cry‘.

The music video separates SEVENTEEN by sub-unit and shows the group preparing for a comeback, with members seen writing lyrics as well as recording lyrics and music. On the first big drop of the track, viewers are treated to SEVENTEEN‘s explosive yet restrained choreography, with all thirteen members performing the point choreography together in a practice room.

With lyrics about thanking those who they are unable to be with at the moment but have made good memories with in the past, SEVENTEEN‘s ‘Thanks‘ is sure to tug on the heartstrings of international Carats everywhere. Check out the music video for ‘Thanks‘ below!

The quirky personalities of all thirteen members is on display as they teach Carats the fanchant that is sure to be sung loud and proud at upcoming live performances of ‘Thanks‘. SEVENTEEN also challenge their fans’ rapping skills, challenging Carats to say the names of all thirteen members in only five seconds!
